and their families, which is in our library, is also available in paperback,
at a cost of $15.95. Published by Yale University Press, it can be ordered
through your favorite bookstore. It can also be ordered direct from the
publisher by phone 1-800-405-1619 (with a $3.50 for postage and handling for
the first book; 75 cents for each additional book ). Dr. Silver is medical
director of the Spaulding Polio Center in Massachusetts. Her book is
well-designed, well-written, and an up-to-date reference on PPS.
